DELIVERY & RETURNS

The Colissimo carrier will take charge of your order as soon as possible. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. Delivery takes approximately 5 to 8 days for Overseas Departments & EU, and 8 to 10 days excluding weekends & public holidays, for Outside EU.

The return must be made within 30 days of receipt of your package. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed to the refund & your item will be sent back to the delivery address provided at the time of your order.
